  1. “Herbstlied” is a transcription of a solo piano work, “Herbstlied” from the “Die Jahreszeiten” by Tschaikowsky. The first performance was given by Richard Stoltzman, clarinet; Yasushi Toyoshima and Naohisa Miyama, violins; Hideko Kobayashi, viola and Masahiro Tanaka, violoncello at the Yatsugatake Kogen Festival on September 25, 1993, in Nagano.
