“Wake Up” is a comfortable time piece, at times rushed due to the late morning awakening of someone in a hurry. As always, I try to “tell a story” with my music and leave it to each person’s interpretation. But, if I narrate something, sometimes it has to do with my personal life, like the beginning of the work, a rhythm and harmony that I used to listen to when I was little.”
